E-Proctoring/Distance & Online Course Exams

The d传媒国产剧 Testing Center provides proctoring services for students and community members enrolled in distance learning programs, online courses, correspondence courses, certification programs, and other educational programs offered through institutions outside of d传媒国产剧. The Testing Center provides a secure testing environment and follows all instructions provided by the student's institution or instructor.It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all testing materials, passwords, and proctoring instructions are received by the Testing Center prior to the scheduled exam date.Scheduling & FeesE-proctoring services are available by appointment only. Because appointment availability is limited, students are encouraged to contact the Testing Center as soon as testing dates become available.Proctoring fees are as follows:

  • Exams lasting two (2) hours or less: $40
  • Exams lasting more than two (2) hours: $55

Payment is due when the appointment is scheduled and must be made through the Cashier's Office at (334) 229-4198.Students are responsible for submitting any required proctor request forms to their college or university and scheduling their appointment with the d传媒国产剧 Testing Center.Make-Up Exams & Accommodated TestingThe Testing Center administers make-up examinations and accommodated testing for students enrolled in traditional, hybrid, and online courses. Appointments must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance by calling Vanessa Fleming at 334-229-4385Once an appointment has been arranged, instructors should submit the examination, exam password, and any testing instructions directly to the Testing Center.   • Only testing candidates are permitted in the testing area.
  • A valid photo ID is required for all examinations.
  • No extra guests are allowed for testing.
  • Personal belongings must be stored in a secure locker outside the testing room.
  • Cell phones and electronic devices must be completely powered off before being stored.
  • Hats, coats, watches, large jewelry, food, drinks, candy, gum, weapons, and unauthorized testing materials are prohibited in the testing room.
  • Testing Center personnel are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Candidates requiring accommodations should contact the Testing Center prior to scheduling an appointment.
